Families,
Please update your communication preferences in Team App. Check your profile to make sure you are subscribed to all of the right access groups.

Step 1: Click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner of the home screen
Click on “Access Groups”

Step 2: Look at “Joined Groups”. These are the groups that you are subscribed to receive communications from. “Available Groups” are groups you are not currently subscribed to receive communications from.

Step 3: Click on any available groups you would like to join and submit the subscription request.

MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT ACCESS GROUPS AS YOUR CHILD PROMOTES THROUGH LEVELS. Most accounts subscribe to several communications groups!
