Hello, College Bound Athletes and Coaches!

We are excited to see each of you in Sarasota, Florida, on Saturday, August 7th, for the 2021 National College Bound at EVO Athletics! We are looking forward to hosting you, and our number one goal is to make sure you have a great experience.

Our College Bound Showcases are designed to highlight you as an athlete and make it easy for NCAA coaches to recruit. As an athlete, you will be given our S&S Gym Camps signature College Bound leotard when you register on the day of the showcase. These leotards are color-coordinated based on graduation year. Please note, the signature College Bound Showcase leotard is custom-made by Spektrum for each athlete, so we cannot accommodate exchanges or change requests onsite at the event. Thus, please make sure your size and graduation year are correct (you received a confirmation email with all your registration information when you registered online) before June 15th. On the day of the showcase, we suggest all athletes wear nude sports bras or competition bras. Athletes will also be wearing runners’ numbers on their backs for easy identification for NCAA coaches.

Please, double-check the College Bound Schedule before you arrive. Please note the schedule can change due to additional athletes and scratches. Athlete Registration for each session begins 40 minutes before Open Stretch. Athletes will be given 30 minutes for Open Stretch and then 30 minutes for each event. How you use these 30-minute rotations is entirely open to you. EVO Athletics is a world-class training facility with many soft and competition landings for each event, so it is a great setup to show off all your skills. If you are an athlete coming without your club coach, please email me back to place you in a squad with other club coaches and staff to help you during the showcase.

We will provide the NCAA Coaches with a link to each athlete’s questionnaire, which contains the athlete’s contact information, coach’s contact info, competition highlights, youtube links, etc. We want the NCAA Coaches to leave the showcase with all your information, so it is easy for them to contact you and your coaches. (Please note that the deadline to complete the questionnaire was June 1st. However, we will include your information if we receive your questionnaire by June 20th. After June 20th, we cannot have your info on the flash drive if it was not completed by this new deadline.) 2021 Athlete Questionnaire (EVO)

More schools will mostly add to the list before the showcase, so please make sure to check the EVO event webpage and follow us on Instagram (gym_camps) or Facebook (ssgymcamps) for daily updates. BIG NEWS! Jill Hicks Consulting will be offering an NCAA Recruiting Seminar for Parents onsite on Saturday, August 7th. This seminar is a full hour of very up-to-date information on the college gymnastics recruiting process. JH Consulting has placed over 1,000 gymnasts into NCAA programs. Their advisors are past college gymnasts, coaches, and college recruiting coordinators. The seminar is $50 per person, but space is limited, so REGISTER FOR THE NCAA SEMINAR TODAY!
